About the Position AlliedTravelCareers is working with Core Medical Group to find a qualified Physical Therapist for a 13‑week travel contract in Edgefield, South Carolina (29824). The role involves providing exceptional patient care in a long‑term care / nursing‑home setting on days shift.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality physical therapy services to patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Valid DPT, RPT, or MPT license in South Carolina.
Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a travel environment.
