Position Summary: Are you passionate about patient care and ready to make a difference? As an

X‑Ray Technician

with Primary Healthcare Centers, you'll play a vital role in supporting our providers with high‑quality imaging that helps patients get the care they need. This position offers the opportunity to work in a mission‑driven environment that values compassion, integrity, and teamwork.

This role may include remote responsibilities and is subject to current CMS vaccine mandates.

What You'll Do:

Ensure patients feel safe, informed, and comfortable throughout their x‑ray experience

Accurately perform radiographic imaging as ordered by our providers

Carefully position patients and operate equipment to produce high‑quality diagnostic images

Communicate clearly and kindly to explain procedures and answer patient questions

Maintain and clean equipment and report any maintenance needs

Collaborate with medical staff to support smooth patient care

Participate in ongoing training, certification renewals, and organizational development

Follow HIPAA and OSHA standards to maintain patient safety and confidentiality

Help maintain a welcoming, respectful, and patient‑centered environment

Support the goals of our Patient‑Centered Medical Home model and Meaningful Use initiatives

Take on additional duties as needed to support the team

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (required)

Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology

ARRT certification or equivalent preferred

At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

Compassionate, respectful, and patient‑focused mindset

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency and comfort with EHR systems

Valid driver's license
