Duties and Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with the special education teacher in the formation of daily schedules, testing schedules, and annual meetings.
Supply the special education teacher with current speech/language student lists so he/she can maintain a master Special Education list.
Provide specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability such as resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services.
Qualifications
Must hold a master’s degree in speech language pathology - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA).
Experience working with at‑risk students is preferred, if applicable to the school.
