We are seeking a Primary Therapist to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate individual, family, and group therapies, and provide clinical support within an attachment‑based framework.
Responsibilities
Communicate proactively with families and serve as the clinical point of contact.
Complete risk assessments, safety plans, and treatment documentation timely and accurately.
Coordinate treatment goals with the team, participate in meetings, and represent the organization at trainings and conferences.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
Licensure or ability to transfer license in UT.
Experience with adolescents in mental health settings.
