Job Summary
Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join our PM&R service in Lufkin, TX. Lufkin is a lively, growing, and energetic community with many amenities.

Position Highlights
Practice alongside an experienced PM&R physician in the only acute care rehab hospital in the area.
Position entails a mix of seeing hospital patients as well as patients in office.
Traditional Monday through Friday schedule, with alternating weekend coverage.
Experience with EMG/nerve conduction studies, therapeutic botox injections, and medical acupuncture, etc.
Epic EMR
Pain management experience will be considered

Job Requirements
MD or DO
Valid and unrestricted Texas medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
Completion of an accredited post‑graduate training program
