Your Role
Provide 1‑on‑1, 45‑minute outpatient sessions, both in‑person and via secure hybrid technology
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic, neurological, and post‑surgical conditions
Design personalized care plans and home exercise programs supported by Joint Academy tools
Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in their rehabilitation
Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, and support staff to ensure high‑quality outcomes
Opportunities for growth into additional roles
Qualifications
Active Washington State PT license (required)
Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience (preferred)
CPR certification (required)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Interest in technology and hybrid models of patient care
Passion for patient‑centered, evidence‑based treatment
Bonus: Experience as a clinical instructor or in a mentoring capacity
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year
