Direct Support Professional role at Sevita, part of REM Community Services, providing community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Full‑time position with day shifts.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral and complex needs.
Build meaningful relationships, helping participants grow, learn, and live well.
Take initiative to involve participants in community activities.
Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Provide day‑to‑day support and uphold trust from leaders to do what’s right for participants.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (education).
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors.
Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
