Job Description
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the surgical team, providing updates and instructions.
Document patient status, medications, interventions, and changes in condition for continuity of care and legal compliance.
Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure a sterile and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices in post‑anesthesia care.
Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
Additional credentials:
Bachelor's of Nursing Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Certified Post‑Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $32.76 – $57.47 per hour
