High School/GED Trade or vocational school in medical/surgical patient care. 6 months patient care experience required. One to three years experience preferred. Receives on-the-job training and competency verification to perform primary functions. Microsoft Office Skills Phlebotomy Technician Certification (CPT) Or EMT-I We're All About Well-being
