As the Staff Registered Nurse in Long Term Care, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to residents Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and implement educational strategies Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance Coordinate orientation of all new employees to ensure a successful start and regulatory compliance Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate records of training activities and staff certifications Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care Qualifications

Valid state nursing license Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education and development Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery Inspirational leadership with a focus on innovation and quality improvement Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Excellent communication, instructional and presentation skills; strong clinical, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment What We Offer
