Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes promptly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Utilize telemetry equipment to accurately track patient cardiac activity.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and adaptability are needed.
