We are looking for skilled and semi‑skilled employees to join our team of printing specialists at our production site! In your job you will be responsible for the operational readiness, machine maintenance and operation of the machines used in your area of responsibility.
2nd Shift
6:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Mon–Thu) – Rest days: Fri–Sat
10‑hour shift
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide delivery of contracted services at Boeing.
Produce Premask, Stencil, Wetpen and Scribe ship sets per paint hanger schedule.
Produce High Accuracy Plots per distributed requests.
Deploy service solutions that meet agreed upon Standards of Performance (SOP) and Statements of Work (SOW).
Provide requested data within the timeframes outlined in the contract.
Provide requested data within the allowable error rates outlined in the contract.
Achieve business objectives (PEP), identify and resolve shortfalls and issues.
Skills / Essential Job Functions
Constructive, positive outlook and persistence in the face of obstacles.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Operational management.
Build and maintain relationships.
Good organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
