Remote Operations Consultant

Job Responsibilities
Analyze operational processes, including supply chain, production, and service delivery
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across departments
Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Conduct operational audits and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
Develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and resource utilization
Collaborate with leadership to align operations with overall business objectives
Support implementation of ERP systems, automation tools, and workflow redesigns
Monitor progress of operational changes and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications preferred)
4+ years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or business operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change initiatives
Proficiency with ERP systems, workflow tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly
