What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on client specifications
Conduct meetings with sub-contractors to establish project timelines, permit requirements, and expectations
Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contracts Provide management and support to sub-contractors to ensure projects are on track and timelines are met
Identify challenges and client concerns, proposing effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-5 years of construction management experience
Thorough knowledge of general construction practices and estimating
Ability to manage multiple jobs across different construction phases in a fast-paced environment
Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a drug test
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new cloud-based software
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
