Position As a composite technician you will assemble components by laying composites and materials such as pre-impregnated carbon fiber and fiberglass cloth onto molds & process parts through molding operations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the hand layup of advanced composite materials on designated tooling per specific work instructions and customer specifications.

Performs advanced composite operations to include trimming, vacuum-bagging, basic repair, material preparation, weighing, finishing, and molding operations.

Inspection of in-process and finished product using hand measurement tools and other test procedures may be required.

Record keeping of inspection results where required.

Responsible for work orders and time calculations to ensure the quality of the product while providing suggestions for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Excellent hand dexterity and coordination.

Ability to maintain a clean & organized environment.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Schedule 1st and 2nd shift available

1st Shift: 6:00 AM- 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday, Friday 6:00 AM- 10:00 AM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Monday - Thursday
