We’s looking for a

Materials & Processes Engineer

to join their team. You will collaborate with design, analysis and manufacturing engineers to select, test, and improve metallic materials and fabrication methods. In this role, you’ll be a pivotal part of ensuring the aircraft structures are strong, reliable, and production‑ready, while being part of a team pushing the boundaries of modern aviation. What You’ll Do

Guide the Design and Manufacturing groups on metallic materials and processes Author reports, test plans and specifications Support multi‑disciplinary configuration development and trade studies. Review engineering definition for release in the product lifecycle system (PLM). Who You Are / Required Skills

Bachelor’s in Material Science, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience within the aerospace sector Knowledge across a variety of metallic fabrication techniques *The role will be based on site in Jacksonville upon facility readiness in the next 1‑2 years Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Apera by 2x If you’re interested in high‑impact work on cutting‑edge aerospace programs, send your resume to e.walker@apera.co or message me directly.
