Bright Line Counsel
Our client is an AmLaw 200 Atlanta-based law firm with an immediate need for a Transactional Real Estate Associate in their Atlanta office.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years' experience representing investors, financial institutions, and developers in the acquisition, leasing, sale, and financing of commercial properties. Additional experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing due diligence, and coordinating closing and post‑closing matters is helpful.
This firm has no billable requirement and offers a refreshing lack of big firm bureaucracy along with highly competitive compensation and benefits. The firm will consider offering relocation expense for candidates outside the Atlanta area.
Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $235,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
