Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Jacksonville, FL! This is a 5 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.
Base pay range $17.00/hr - $19.75/hr
Shift Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Rotating Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Pay Highlights:
$17-19.75/hour (Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Phlebotomy
Perform high-quality venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric draws
Explain procedures clearly and professionally to patients
Create an atmosphere of trust, safety, and confidence
Prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established protocols
Accurately label specimens and complete all required documentation
Maintain compliance with confidentiality, safety, and quality standards
Operational Excellence
Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required)
Note:
Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
