Evaluate and treat patients with customized occupational therapy plans
Work with patients to improve mobility, coordination, and daily function
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants
Maintain accurate case management records and productivity reports
Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
Strong understanding of upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
Excellent patient communication and education skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
