Physical Therapist (PT), Per Diem Weekends, Home Health
Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a home health physical therapist to provide compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes in the Springfield, MO area. This is a per diem weekend position.

What you’ll do Perform home visits to clients, helping them recover from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.
Responsibilities
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Focus on orthopedic patient visits
Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, range of joints, transfer status, stability, gait, strength, endurance, balance, and safety assessments
Implement wound care interventions to prevent formation and promote repair
Develop individualized care plans including manual therapy, gait training, balance, and other interventions
Collaborate with nursing in multidisciplinary care plan
Educate clients and family about rehabilitative care and activities for independent living
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet
Qualifications
Active and current PT license
One year of clinical experience preferred
Previous home health care experience welcomed but not required
Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
