This is a hands-on engineering role combining technical problem-solving with project leadership to shape processes that deliver high-quality packaging to customers worldwide. What You’ll Do
Champion safety: Ensure new and existing equipment is designed and operated to high standards, minimizing hazards and ergonomic risks. Deliver quality: Design and improve processes to achieve Six Sigma capability. Validate new equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ), respond to quality issues, and collaborate across teams to meet industry standards. Optimize processes: Lead projects to enhance equipment efficiency (OEE), reduce costs, and drive automation. Apply process control, error-proofing, and rapid changeover techniques to push performance to best-in-class levels. Engineer solutions: Manage equipment specification, procurement, and installation. Oversee engineering documentation, update procedures, and provide technical oversight for transitions from product design to production. Lead projects: Own key initiatives and deliver measurable improvements using sound engineering methodologies and problem-solving skills. What You Bring
Education: B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Experience: Process Engineer 1–4 years; Sr. Process Engineer 5+ years. Skills: Technical strength in pneumatics, electrical controls, PLC programming; data-driven with statistical analysis and process improvement; CAD proficiency (AutoCAD 2D & SolidWorks 3D preferred); strong written and verbal communication; knowledge of cGMP, QSRs, ISO 13485.
