Salary/Hourly Rate $25/hr – $30/hr

Position Overview This is a Temp Associate Technical Designer role supporting the Mens/Boys team during a period of increased workload. The position will assist with technical design execution across knits and wovens, partnering closely with Design, Production, and overseas vendors to ensure fit, quality, and brand standards are met.

Responsibilities

Complete full technical packages for knit and woven garments.

Measure and review samples for construction, fit, and overall quality.

Conduct fit sessions and provide clear, detailed fit comments.

Work closely with Design and Production teams throughout development.

Communicate daily with overseas vendors regarding fit and corrections.

Ensure garments meet brand specifications and safety standards.

Support technical development from sample stage through final approval.

Required Experience / Skills

2‑4 years of experience in technical design.

Strong technical design experience within Boys/Mens knits and wovens.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PLM systems.

Ability to accurately measure garments and interpret construction details.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience conducting and leading fit sessions.

Ability to manage multiple styles simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Prior experience working directly with overseas vendors.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
