Thermal Tech, Inc.
As a Boiler Mechanic you will provide quality service and troubleshooting on customers’ boiler system equipment through inspection, preventative maintenance and emergency services. You will also mentor and help guide other mechanics.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers at job sites to identify problems and offer effective solutions.
Exercise project‑management skills to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Work closely with senior mechanics to complete projects and mentor other mechanics.
Provide reports detailing daily activities.
Proactively work towards leveling up through the Growth Program.
Support customers on a rotational on‑call basis, which may include weekends and after normal business hours.
Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in welding, pipefitting, or millwrighting.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Current valid driver’s license required.
Previous boiler service and repair experience strongly preferred.
6G welding certification preferred.
Proficiency with rigging practices, boiler refractory replacement, pipe/control valve sizing, welding code procedures, pipe threading and tool usage.
Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when necessary.
Exceptional customer service acumen and professional communication skills.
Ability to manage time and handle competing priorities while ensuring accuracy.
