Position
Journeyman Electrician – Field
Salary & Compensation
Base Pay Range: $44.00/hr – $50.00/hr Daily per diem: $115 Typical earnings for a Journeyman: approximately $200,000 when including base, overtime, and per diem.
Location
Stanley, North Dakota – Bakken Basin oil fields
Schedule
10‑hour days, 6 days a week; may shift to 12‑hour days, 7 days a week depending on workload.
Responsibilities
• Install VFDs and other electrical equipment, configuring and wiring AC/DC controllers and VFDs. • Use electrical schematics to design, bend, and fill conduit to code specifications. • Work outdoors in oil‑field environments, maintaining safety and quality standards.
Requirements
North Dakota Journeyman‑Licensed or a reciprocating state license (Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming). Valid driver’s license. Team‑oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Drug‑free workplace; EOE.
