Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Process daily treasury transactions, including preparing daily activity schedules, pre-planning and reviewing upcoming significant transactions, gathering required approvals and documentation, and initiating book transfers, wires, and ACH transactions

Participate in cash settlement activities related to investment acquisitions and dispositions

Support the opening and closing of up to 250 bank accounts annually, including documentation management, signature collection, and assistance with KYC requirements

Assist in maintaining over 600 bank accounts across 30+ banking partners while building and maintaining strong banking relationships

Prepare daily cash balance and activity reports

Monitor the treasury mailbox and respond to requests within 24 hours, including bank administration, research inquiries, and general treasury support

Manage daily operations and maintenance of the Treasury Management System (Kyriba preferred), utilizing multiple modules

Administer user access across multiple bank portals, ensuring appropriate access levels and role assignments

Assist with monitoring interest income and bank fees across all accounts

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains and provide related recommendations

Maintain a high level of accuracy and perform self-reviews of all work produced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)

Approximately 4–6 years of treasury and/or business banking experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role

Strong experience working with multiple online banking platforms (e.g., Huntington, BMO, Western Alliance, Chase, or similar)

Experience with treasury management systems; Kyriba experience strongly preferred

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills, including interaction with internal and external stakeholders at an executive level

Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
