A newly established peptide and hormone clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its clinical team. This role focuses on patient-centered, evidence-based optimization therapies, including hormone replacement, medical weight management, IV therapy, and injectable wellness treatments. The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing autonomously in a modern, cash-based clinical setting and is passionate about preventative and performance-focused medicine.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical assessments, and laboratory interpretation

Develop, prescribe, and manage individualized treatment plans for:

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)

GLP-1–based medical weight loss programs

IV hydration and vitamin therapy

Vitamin and peptide injections

Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and expectations

Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols as clinically appropriate

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation

Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations

Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice

Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)

Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

Experience or interest in hormone therapy, peptides, medical weight loss, or IV therapy preferred (training available)
