At Verde Clean, we’re dedicated to creating clean, healthy, and sustainable environments. As a Day Porter, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our facilities.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm (Full‑Time)
Pay: $19.76 per hour
What You’ll Do
Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, counters, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Disinfect restrooms as required.
Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Monitor dispensers and replenish supplies across the facility.
Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors consistently.
Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure environment for building occupants.
Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols. Must work independently and interact courteously with others.
Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment.
