Job Description
Under the supervision of the Clinical Program Manager, the Case Manager provides recovery‑oriented case management services, skill building, and medication education. They conduct routine psycho‑social‑emotional needs assessments, complete Person‑Centered Recovery Plans, assist youth, adults, and families with accessing community resources, provide rehabilitative services, and initiate crisis intervention when needed. All services are documented in an electronic health record and delivered in collaboration with a multidisciplinary recovery team. Services promote recovery and wellness, community integration, independent living, and improved quality of life. A high level of detailed documentation and adherence to company and state guidelines is required; at least 55% of hours worked must be direct service.
Core responsibilities include:

Coordinate community resources and therapeutic services.
Provide medication education and crisis intervention.
Document services in an electronic health record.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in regular meetings and training opportunities.

Compensation Hourly Rate: $21.46 – $30.71.
Annual Salary: $44,636.80 – $63,876.80.
Differential Detail
Up to $4.00/hr – Tenure with BTCS
$0.75/hr – Bilingual
Up to $2.00/hr – Prior experience in a similar role in Texas
$1.00/hr – Master’s Degree in Human Services
$1.00/hr – Advanced Licensure
$0.50/hr – LCDC Licensure
Eligible for $200/month Service Delivery Incentive Award
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or equivalent: at least 24 credits in a human services field)
Comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, recovery‑focused environment.
Demonstrated aptitude to connect with people.
Valid Texas Driver’s License; maintain approved driver status throughout employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Services.
At least one year of experience providing wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance use, crisis intervention, and screening.
Pursuing clinical licensure (counseling, behavior analysis, family therapy, social work, or related field).
Advanced licensure.
Bilingual in ASL or Spanish.
Experience with concurrent documentation.
Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) licensure.
