Therapy Development Manager (Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Implants)

Edwards Transcatheter Heart Valve team is looking for a senior team member of therapy development for Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Implants (TPVI). This key role will focus on driving market development for Edwards TPVI therapies in key European locations, especially the adoption of Edwards Alterra and S3. The position will involve collaboration with local commercial, marketing, imaging, medical affairs, and regional teams, with regular local and regional travel required.
How you will make an impact:
Build and develop relationships with key accounts and physicians.
Co‑create action plans for challenging cases to meet patient needs.
Enhance awareness of the therapy and identify referral dynamics to drive business opportunities.
Educate physicians and staff on clinical data, evidence and benefits versus alternatives.
Participate in key national and international events; increase screening rates in partnership with the Imaging Manager.
Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access and other internal partners to develop local market penetration strategies.
Clinical Expertise
Extensive knowledge of pulmonic congenital disease and lifelong patient conditions.
Educate, train and certify physicians, nurses and hospital staff on product and procedure technical matters, including device preparation, imaging and structured education programs.
Provide expert support during patient selection, pre‑procedural planning, intraprocedural guidance, and procedure outcomes assessment.
Generate procedural and clinical insights to improve teaching methods and clinical support excellence.
Promote TPVI procedure best practices internally and externally as a subject‑matter expert.
Streamline patient pathway management and interpret imaging data such as echocardiography.
Coordination and Stakeholder Management
Support all operational aspects of TPVI daily activities, including case coverage continuity and activity coordination.
Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure smooth account management, inventory control and invoicing.
Identify underserved markets to support therapy awareness objectives.
Work with Sales Operations to develop outreach objectives and timelines.
Lead new centre activation and account management activities across countries.
Anticipate market changes for Edwards’ pulmonic products and share insights across teams.
Generate insights and reports from customer feedback on Edwards TPVI products, services and events.
What you will need:
Life Science or Nursing degree.
Clinical credibility with strong experience in structural heart and cardiology.
Proven skills in cath lab / OR environments supporting cardiac and structural heart procedures.
Demonstrable success in a commercial Med Tech role.
Strong commercial acumen and influencing ability.
Self‑starter with proactive calendar management and autonomy.
Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally.
