Memorial Hospital Belleville and Shiloh provide acute‑care, emergency, surgical and critical services. Both hospitals hold Magnet® status and offer comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services, including pediatric emergency and critical care. Role Purpose

Provide direct patient care—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—within the standards of nursing care. Responsibilities

Promote patient and family‑centered care in a healing environment. Educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication administration. Participate in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities. Engage in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family/caregiver. Proactively plan and communicate the plan of care across the continuum of care. Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs per standards of care. Assess patient preferences, barriers, values, and population‑specific needs. This is a safety‑sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job. Minimum Requirements
