PRN
position (Frisco, TX) is ideal for an experienced PT (2+ yrs) who thrives with autonomy, enjoys creative, functional treatment, and values collaboration with a dynamic therapist team.

Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing meetings and family conferences
Perform discharge evaluations, recommend home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current, unrestricted state PT license
Basic Life Support or CPR certification as required by state regulations
Preferred: Minimum of one year’s PT work experience
Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds; patient transfer may involve lifting up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to stand for extended periods
Physical requirements: pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently
Health screen may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter to verify physical capability with or without reasonable accommodations
