You’ll work with a supportive team and a culture that values your safety and well‑being. Schedule Full‑time: Monday‑Friday 8 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. Part‑time: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4 P.M. – 7 P.M.; every other Saturday 8 A.M. – 12 P.M. Job Summary The Concierge handles a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, sorting and distributing mail. Essential Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, visitors, and vendors and assist them as needed. Maintain daily logs. Answer incoming calls, direct calls or take messages. Monitor Simplex fire panel and respond to emergency situations. Follow procedures to report and assist in emergency or disaster situations. Maintain radio control and contact with security and maintenance staff; manage closed‑circuit monitor and employee entrance. Arrange transportation for residents to appointments. Book reservations for guests and oversee the check‑in and check‑out process. Comply with federal, state, and local laws; maintain knowledge of and follow all Plymouth Place policies and procedures. Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings. Maintain emergency information about residents and employees. Attend in‑service and education programs. Provide resident wake‑up calls as requested. Monitor resident emergency pendant system and respond urgently when alerted at the front desk. Maintain vacation schedules for residents by documenting in the binder. Oversee the sign‑in process at the Accushield Kiosk. Log resident prescriptions received by our drivers. Abide by company dress policy, maintaining professionalism at all times. Requirements Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Demonstrated customer service skills. Knowledge of multi‑line telephone systems. Exceptional written and communication skills. Demonstrated clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report). Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‑tasking.
