Job Title QA Documentation Specialist I
Pay Rate:
$25/hr on W2
Schedule:
Mon–Fri
Job Duties
Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of GMP regulations.
Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of Quality Systems.
Manage controlled records, including receipt, reconciliation, scanning, verification, check‑out/check‑in, and maintaining backup files.
Issue and track controlled documents.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Issue and track controlled numbering.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Experience / Skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Level of Authority
Responsible for accuracy of assigned work.
Provides guidance on GMP practices and procedures.
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
