CAPITAL Chevrolet of Shallotte , our Dealer Trade Drivers play an important behind-the-scenes role supporting our dealership operations. This
part-time, on-call position
is ideal for individuals looking for supplemental income or flexible hours while working in a fast-paced automotive environment. What You’ll Be Doing
Safely transport vehicles between dealership locations for dealer trades and customer deliveries
Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company standards while on the road
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in excellent condition
Complete required paperwork accurately, including delivery receipts and trade documentation
Communicate any vehicle issues or concerns to the appropriate dealership teams
Represent Capital with professionalism and great customer service at every stop
Assist with other duties as needed to support dealership operations
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Previous vehicle transportation or dealership experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous attitude
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with local roadways and traffic patterns
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
