Responsibilities
Assist all departments in maintaining above market Customer Satisfaction
Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
Professionally interact with dealership personnel and customers
Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles
Use good judgment and safe driving skills
Drive vehicles and customers safely from dealership to customer locations
Keep a timely and consistent shuttle route
Follow all State and Local driving laws driving company vehicles and transporting customers
Communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
Notify dispatcher or service manager of any service maintenance the shuttle vehicle may require
Requirements
Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving history
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work with others to effectively enhance results or processes (teamwork)
Interpersonal skills: ability to interact well with employees and customers at all levels
Communication ability to identify and deliver critical information to the appropriate parties
