Licensed AZ Pharmacist – Other States a Plus!

Location & Compensation Chandler, AZ – $65 Per Hour
When will you work?
Shift based on business needs, 40 hours a week.
Shifts during the week between 5 a.m.–10 p.m., on the weekend between 8 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
What you’ll do:
Supervise pharmacy technicians in compounding of preparations, filling, labeling of prescriptions, and prepackaging of bulk medications.
Communicate clarification of prescriptions or refill authorizations, perform a final check on prescriptions, answer questions, and oversee compounding.
Consistently meet standards for accuracy, pharmaceutical elegance, and potency.
Adhere to USP and guidelines as well as Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management, the pharmacist in charge, the shift leader, or the Supervisor.
Who you are:
Shift: M-F 1:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
An Arizona Licensed Pharmacist with knowledge of basic principles, theories, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures that pertain to the practice of pharmacy.
Possess knowledge of non-sterile and sterile compounding: may include but is not limited to the compounding of capsules, oral liquids, injectables, topical medications, nasal preparations, suppositories, troches, tablet triturates or treats.
Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What you’ve done:
Obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm. D.).
You are a current Pharmacist licensed in AZ and willing to get licensed in multiple states.
