Compensation & Schedule
$4,000 Sign‑On Bonus (Full Time)
Up to $40.40 / hour
1st Shift: Part Time
2nd Shift: Full Time & Part Time
3rd Shift: Part Time
8‑Hour Shifts | 60‑Bed Facility
What You’ll Do
Deliver direct resident care and follow individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments as required
Support, supervise, and guide nursing assistants
Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
Promote resident dignity, safety, and well‑being
What You Bring
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Ability to administer medications and IV certification
Knowledge of state rules and regulations
Strong attendance, teamwork, and communication skills
A passion for improving the lives of residents
