Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of 28 members Energize and motivate members throughout the sessions Build OTF attendance and retain current members Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique Provide options and challenges for specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels Attend monthly staff meetings and required workshops Work marketing events at least one time per month Assist with studio tours and sales Qualifications
Current Personal Trainer Certification from one or more of these select accredited certifying bodies: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, or AFAA. Current CPR/AED Certification Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field is preferred Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics Ability to multi-task and stay organized Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry Excellent communication and customer service skills I understand that I am applying for a position with an employer that is an independently owned and operated Orangetheory® Fitness franchisee, not the franchisor, OTF Franchisor, LLC or any of its affiliates (OTFF).
