Beach Attendant / Dock Hand – Little Palm Island Resort and Spa
Working on the private island of Little Palm Island, you will be part of the guest experience team, assisting guests on the beach, with water‑sport equipment, and ensuring luggage is handled for arriving yachts and seaplanes. The Job
You will split your time between assisting guests on the beach as they enjoy complimentary water‑sports equipment, helping with arrivals of yachts and seaplanes, and ensuring guests' luggage is transported safely to and from their suite. Responsibilities
Assist guests on the beach with paddle boards, kayaks, sailboats, and small motorboats. Handle luggage transport for arriving yachts, seaplanes and guests. Provide friendly, energetic and professional support to ensure a memorable guest experience. Requirements
Excellent communication skills. High energy, attention to detail and a big smile. Efficient, observant, personable and able to work outdoors in the FL Keys climate. Our Culture
