Activities Aide
Kingsley Senior Living Facility is hiring an Activities Aide. The activities aide will be responsible for planning purposeful and fun activities for our residents.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs, encouraging and motivating residents.
Emphasize independence and maximize ability so that residents attain or maintain their highest level of functioning.
Complete weekly documentation of resident progress to the supervisor regarding attendance, behavior, and level of involvement.
Assist with Range of Motion and therapeutic exercises to restore mobility.
Requirements
Able to lift 50 pounds.
High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of basic computer operations.
A positive attitude and capacity to work as a team.
Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Ability to arrive on time for every shift.
Every other weekend is required.
