Work with a fun, energetic, and professional team Coach and mentor children Educate parents about the curriculum Flexible part-time or full-time schedules Role & Schedule
Experience coaching children up to 11 years old preferred Focus on brain, physical, and character development based on monthly curriculum Communicate effectively with parents/guardians Classes run weekdays 9am-11am, evenings 3pm-7pm, and weekends 8am-3:30pm Potential for flexible hours and private coaching Responsibilities
Coach classes of 6-15 children Follow curriculum provided by HQ Ensure classes start and end on time Greet students and parents, maintain a positive demeanor Demonstrate exercises and ensure safety Maintain cleanliness and use the Coach App for records Work closely with staff and attend meetings Qualifications
Passion for working with children Experience coaching children preferred Ability to communicate with parents Knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques CPR certification Motivational interpersonal skills Self-motivated and reliable Additional Details
This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $20/hour. No supervisory responsibilities, but mentoring skills are valuable. The role involves physical activity and working hands-on with children. This franchise is independently owned; applications go directly to the franchisee.
