Position Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to Disability Case Managers in the timely printing and mailing of all Leave and Disability correspondence to employees daily
Manages the day-to-day administrative functions to support the Leaves department, which includes answering incoming phone calls and providing customer service related to inquiries about leave and disability
Processing initial leave and disability requests, monitoring leave and fax in boxes, distribution of leave and disability correspondence to Case Managers and maintaining an organized desk/office
Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties
Must exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
Use of various software programs is required (AbsenceSoft, Kronos, UKG, Microsoft Office)
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
