The Eddy Heritage House has an opportunity for a part-time RN Supervisor working evenings! Eddy Heritage House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 122-bed skilled nursing care center located in Troy, NY. It provides Skilled Nursing Care, Rehabilitation Services, short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation services, and respite services for seniors in a homelike environment. Employment Type
Part-time Shift
Evening Shift Responsibilities
On behalf of the Director of Nursing, provide continuity of nursing services by developing, implementing, and evaluating quality nursing care for residents and families. Perform assessments on elders who may have fallen, declined in condition, or made suicidal comments. Act as the senior liaison and administrative person on the campus, addressing staffing and family concerns. Participate in auditing or QA activities. Demonstrate the organization’s commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees. Required
A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New York. 1 year or more of experience as an RN. Pay Range
$39.50 - $53.68 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Our Commitment
