Earn a competitive base salary of

up to

$100,000 annually, depending on your experience.

As a Clinic Director, you’ll have the opportunity to maximize your earnings through our performance-based bonus program where you determine how much you earn. We also provide comprehensive, company-paid benefits, so you won’t see any deductions from your paycheck for your medical, life and disability insurance. Plus take advantage of our generous PTO policy, where you only work a total of 11 months out of the year, giving you more time to savor life’s moments.

What We're Looking For Skills and Knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Operations and leadership skills to develop team members for future opportunities.

Excellent organizational and maximizing skills.

Advanced computer skills to include MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Very proficient teaching EMR software systems

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education and Experience

Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.

Current state Physical Therapist license.

Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.

Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).

Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
