Joshua Tree Experts in Denver, CO is searching for an experienced Tree Care Groundsman to join their premier team of tree care professionals.

What a Tree Care Groundsman Does

Assist crew with equipment and vehicle preparation daily

Ensure that drop zones are safe for coworkers and public

Perform pruning and reducing

Safely use tree care operations equipment including gas powered saws, pole saws/clips, and chippers

Load and unload trucks and chippers with logs, brush and debris

Report to work on time each day

Follow directions from crew leaders and climbers

Maintain a professional image and provide friendly and excellent customer service

Maintain and service equipment as needed

Follow safety culture and procedures

Set up safety and traffic control measures for job sites

Qualifications

Minimum of two years experience in Tree Care Operations

Valid driver's license

At least 21 years of age

Ability to work 40 hours or more each week

Ability to lift at least 25 pounds

Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions

Excellent ability to communicate effectively
