Job Details Seeking experienced NICU RN for night shift (7p–7a or similar) to provide high‑quality care to newborns in our Level II NICU.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for premature/critically ill infants.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage ventilators/equipment, and support families.
Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and transport teams for seamless care.
Ensure safety, documentation, and adherence to protocols.
Requirements
Active Texas RN license (or compact).
Minimum 1–2+ years NICU experience required.
BLS/NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Strong clinical skills, compassion, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced night environment.
