Provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
Follow directions from the clinical team and oversight by a registered nurse
Adhere to the plan of care
Follow all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Valid New Jersey LPN License or a multistate license
Physical and mental fitness within three years of the exam
TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF
Valid BLS CPR card obtained in person
Valid driver’s license
Experience with G‑tube, trach, or vent or willingness to train
