Sign‑on Bonus:
$15,000 with one year commitment.
Location:
Mequon, WI – NH-MEQUON COMMUNITY HOSP (On‑site).
Employment Type:
Full‑time, 0.9 FTE.
Standard Hours:
36 per week.
Shift:
Shift 3.
Responsibilities Performs primary nursing functions of assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care in the emergency department to patients of all ages suffering from various types of illness or trauma. The RN serves as a professional role model by collaborating with clinical and front‑office staff, administration, and other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care is delivered for optimal outcomes.
Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting required. Minimum 2 years preferred.
Education Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice normally acquired through completion of a minimum of two years of education at an accredited School of Nursing. Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Licensure Requires current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi‑state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact. Within 30 days of hire: BLS. Within 6 months: ACLS. Within 1 year: PALS. TNCC preferred.
