Member Specialist Float - Southwest Region (Full-Time)
Honor Credit Union is seeking a Member Specialist who will provide exceptional member service across the Southwest Region, which includes Dowagiac, Decatur, Paw Paw, Buchanan, Berrien Springs, and Niles. The role will be a floating specialist, supporting various branch locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities
Serve as a floating Member Specialist, providing support to various branch locations as required.
Offer excellent member service and maintain strong professional relationships.
Assist members with new loans and products, open accounts, and provide status information on accounts and products.
Process a variety of paying and receiving functions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, and cash advances.
Keep up to date on products and maintain product literature.
Receive and process loan applications.
Courteously and promptly resolve member questions and problems or refer them to the appropriate team member.
Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
What We Expect From You Education / Certification
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be or become registered as an MLO and have a Nationwide Licensing Number.
Experience Required
One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
Cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Knowledge of company products and sales policies and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Well organized and attentive to detail.
Willingness to assist others.
Strong typing abilities.
Able to use PC, calculator, and office equipment.

Failure to register successfully or maintain a status in good standing may affect your eligibility for continued employment and may result in immediate termination.
