Senior Test & Evaluation Manager

Key Responsibilities
Strategic T&E Leadership: Develop and lead the overall T&E strategy, master plans, and schedules for assigned major acquisition programs, ensuring alignment with program goals and warfighter needs.
Test Program Management: Design, plan, coordinate, execute, and analyze comprehensive test and evaluation plans, events, scenarios, and procedures.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Serve as primary point of contact for T&E coordination with government customers, senior leaders, and external contractors; coordinate with national test ranges and lead Integrated Product Teams.
Documentation & Reporting: Develop critical T&E documentation (TES, ITT Charters, TEMPs); prepare and review criteria, computation/analyses, specs, cost estimates, test plans, and technical reports.
Risk & Anomaly Management: Create and maintain risk documentation; analyze performance anomalies to determine root causes and potential remedies.
Cost & Performance Analysis: Assist in system cost estimates; provide senior-level test support to leadership discussions with industry.
Advanced Simulation: Develop complex simulation scenarios to evaluate product performance under a wide range of operational conditions.
Work Environment
Location: On-site at Eglin AFB, FL.
Travel Requirements: Moderate, 20‑40%.
Working Hours: Standard – Core hours 0900 – 1500.
Qualifications Required
Current Top Secret, SCI Eligible clearance.
SAP eligibility (Counterintelligence Polygraph may be required).
Bachelor’s Degree.
15+ years of experience executing the required tasks.
Experience planning, coordinating, and executing weapon test events with national test ranges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability for ad‑hoc and recurring meetings during core business hours; limited telework.
Desired
Master’s Degree in a related field.
Former Test Manager/Test Lead or Test and Evaluation Senior Support Manager of an ACAT I Defense Acquisition program.
Direct experience on ACAT I programs in the development phase.
Experience as a Test Manager on an air‑to‑air or air‑to‑ground weapons program.
Experience applying Agile, Digital Engineering, or integration management techniques.
